Meet The Team

Founders

CRPE Academy was established in 2020 by Jhonatan and Viviana Zambrano, two determined individuals who embarked on their journey from Venezuela to the United States in 1997. Having faced numerous challenges and hardships, their aspiration was always to achieve the American Dream—a vision that fueled their perseverance and hard work over the years. After dedicating themselves to education and personal growth, they realized their dream by founding CRPE Academy, aarning and development in their community. Their passion for education and dedication to their students are the cornerstones of the academy's mission.

Human Resources

Hello, my name is Diana Mangual, and I’m from the beautiful island of Puerto Rico in the Caribbean. I’ve been living in the US for 23 years, I used to be a Paramedic, but when I moved to US my career took a different path, I work as a Senior District Manager for many years, but I felt that I need to work in a place where I could help and I could make a difference. I started working for CRPE Academy in 2021, and this was the best choice I have ever made. I’m proud to be part of this great organization and family. When I’m not working, I enjoy baking and watching movies with my son. Additionally, I enjoy helping people from my church and community. Helping others is my calling and passion.

My name is Ninoshka. I’m proud to be from the beautiful island of Puerto Rico! In 2014, my family and I relocated to Florida, and that’s where my journey in the education field began. Working with children is more than just a job — it’s my passion. Their bright smiles and joyful energy are truly the light of my day. I’m grateful to be part of a profession that allows me to make a difference in young lives every day.

I have dedicated my life to the fantastic world of early childhood education, and I am truly passionate about cultivating an outstanding learning environment. Originally from Puerto Rico, I've loved raising my children in sunny Florida! I take immense pride in the quality of my staff and our facility.

Born and raised in the sunny vibes of Orlando, Florida, I have an incredible passion for working with children that fuels my days. I graduated high school and jumped right into my adventure at Crpe Academy! When I’m not in the classroom, you’ll find me at the gym, getting pumped, or exploring the great outdoors.

Hello, my name is Mrs. Denise

I am originally from the busy city of New York. I moved to Miami, Florida, back in 1990 for college, where I studied business and law. I used to be a Subpoena Specialist Supervisor. However, when I took time out to homeschool my children, I realized I enjoyed teaching the beauty of seeing a child learn was amazing; that’s where my journey of teaching began.

Working here at CRPE Academy has been a great pleasure; seeing the children develop their knowledge is just outstanding.

To me, CRPE Academy is not just a school, it’s a family!

My name is Yilena and I am proudly from a little island in the middle of the Caribbean Sea, Cuba🇨🇺. Since I arrived in this wonderful country I had the opportunity to join this academy where I discovered the wonderful world of preschool education. Every day I fall more in love with this profession that has managed to bring out the best in me, since I enjoy every moment I spend with the children. When I'm not at the academy you will find me spending fun times with my family. 🥰

Nothing makes me happier than seeing every child who comes here smile and learning from their incredible insights at such a young age. I adore recognizing the unique brilliance of each child and having a blast with them!

.Aloha!!! My name is Laura Santana, and I'm from the island of Puerto Rico, proudly Puerto Rican!! I arrived in this city several years ago, and life gave me the blessing of working at this academy surrounded by wonderful people. It's where I discovered the magic of working with children. You definitely learn something new about them every day, and my heart is filled with love every moment spent with them.

When I'm not at the academy, I enjoy taking walks with my family, and going to watch the sunset at the beach is my favorite time.

Hello! I'm Lady, a Natural Sciences graduate and VPK teacher at CRPE Academy. With 10 years of experience, I create a supportive learning environment where children feel valued and motivated. Ibelieve early education is crucial for future success, focusing on curiosity, language, creativity, and social-emotional skills through play and exploration. I also love reading, crafting, enjoying nature, and exploring new teaching strategies.

Hi, I'm Arianna from Venezuela. I moved here three years ago and I'm in my last year of high school, now in my second year with CRPE Academy. Initially, I worried about the language barrier, but the children have made me feel welcomed and happy. I love the beach, especially with loved ones, and I plan to study Marine Biology, which I hope will be my future career.

My name is Ms. Vianca, and I am delighted to share a little more about myself. I was born and raised in the “City of Brotherly Love”, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I moved to the state of Florida at the age of 4 and wouldn’t have it any other way. Working with children is something that I am very passionate about. It brightens my day to see their smiles every day, to guide them and help them achieve their goals.
